If there's one reason I could never be a vegetarian, the reason would be bacon. Salty, greasy, delicious bacon. Not suitable for your everyday diet, but a yummy addition to occasional meals and a crowd pleaser for any special occasion.
Today's bacon-y recipe? BLT pasta salad. Perfect contribution to your next picnic or office potluck!
The ingredients are spelled out in the title, so grab some bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, pasta. Oh, and some ranch dressing while you're at it.
Cook the bacon until crisp (I suggest baking it in a 350 degree oven on a cookie sheet), cook your pasta, and cut the veggies.
Add about 3/5 cup of ranch dressing and mix well.
